Services

Community Advance Project is not a single issue organisation.  We were formed to provide a range of services that meets the various needs of our communities. We pride ourselves in being flexible and mobile enough to respond to needs where they arise and where we can have an impact to make a positive difference to our communities.

Community Advance Project is structured not to waste resources or be bureaucratic in how we deliver services. CAP only works on projects as funding resources become available for specific projects, spending as little as possible on core costs. We have expertise and infrastructure ready to initiate and deliver projects in any of the following areas.

Community Advance Project regards health in the widest sense. Anything that impacts on the health of individuals or communities falls within our scope of operation. The core of the services we want to focus on is delivering services to local people that bring about positive change to their health, consultation, information dissemination, practical health activities. Working with refugee forums in Hackney and Islington, linking with statutory sector departments to ensure that services are appropriate for refugees.
